Zlock (Device Control)

Zecurion Zlock is designed to protect against leaks of confidential information at the end-points of the network.

Zecurion Zlock allows you to control the use of devices connected to ports including USB, LPT, COM, IrDA, IEEE 1394, PCMCIA, and internal devices – including built-in network cards, modems, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, CD / DVD-drives, as well as local and network printers.

Zecurion Zlock allows network and security administrators to configure access policies for maximum flexibility, taking into account not only the characteristics of the devices, but also the contents of written documents and file types. This sophisticated “content-aware” approach reduces “false positives,” saving time for administrators and users.

Zlock content filtering makes it possible for a user to copy or print only those files which do not include confidential information. Built-in tools enable administrators to easily and effectively manage dictionaries that define the confidentiality level or categories of documents.

Zlock can create and archive shadow copies of all documents printed and saved to external devices, making further forensic procedures and investigations simple and comfortable.
