Zecurion DLP 11 introduces the new level of effective detection of internal fraud and risk-based data loss prevention in the context of massive remote work. The solution includes several brand-new modules: Staff Control, Screen Photo Detector, Incident Workflow Automation, and risk-based User Behavior Analytics (UBA).

New! Staff Control Module

Zecurion Staff Control was added as a separate module to Zecurion DLP 11. Staff Control keeps track of working hours, logs employees' actions at workplaces, and evaluates the efficiency. The module checks the activities of personnel for compliance with corporate standards and safety policies.

Employee card. Each dossier contains detailed information on efficiency and activity at the workplace in dynamics. The Administrator can also review staff incidents in a convenient format.
Report designer with 10+ indicators. Now reports include a table with fast filters, groups, and data from up to tens of thousands of PCs.
Resource usage and timesheets. Suggests detailed information on what web sites and applications running and activity period. Automatically generated timesheets will help managers supervise discipline, including corporate devices management and the working day longevity.

New! Screen Photo Detector

This unique AI-based feature changes the game, stopping the insiders that were previously not being able to catch. Whenever someone tries to photograph a screen by the smartphone, Zecurion DLP immediately detects it via webcam and blocks the computer. The revolutionary technology uses 2 neural networks to ensure reliable smartphone detection and flags cybersecurity incidents in a blink of an eye (from 0.06 seconds).

New! Screen Watermarks

The security officer can set watermarks with the name of a user, PC, and date over certain windows (e.g. MS Office, CRM, and others). This feature effectively prevents data loss, as users can initially see the watermarks with their name and understand the aftermath.

New! Investigation Workflow Automation

This module simplifies investigations and shortens the incident response cycle. It minimizes the cybersecurity team workload by providing a 360° view of actual tasks with all the statuses, data on the investigation stage, executants, and deadlines. During the investigation, cybersecurity team members can leave comments on the task and discuss progress with other participants (from CISO to analyst), attach documents and incidents as proof.

New! User Behavior Analytics

After installation of Zecurion DLP 11, each employee undergoes behavior analysis at least within 1 week. The solution collects data on various parameters: risks, behavior profile, work time, connections.

UBA compares current employees’ parameters with their average values. A sharp deviation may signal a potential threat to information security or indicate a compromise of user credentials.

New! Improved User Connections diagram

This interactive diagram extremely helpful during investigations as it displays connections between internal users and external contacts. In version 11 the security officer can customize it with a legend, quick filters, and display of up to 1000 objects at a time.

New! Chat-like report

This integrative report simplifies the analysis of communications between two users by displaying all messages from different messengers (Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) in one chat-like window. This window looks like your favorite messenger, allowing to read all captured messages, files, listen to audio messages and calls from a single point.

Improved AI-based image template detection based on neural networks.
Expanded support of work in domainless networks.
Timeout web console block for security officer if he/she is not at the desk for a while.
Microsoft Teams messages, files, and audio are now captured by Zecurion DLP.

Updated Interface

In the significantly improved interface, DLP 11 is still based on the proven Zecurion Web Console with its customizable dashboard, powerful report builder with preset reports, and interactive tables and diagrams. Plus, to save time on routine tasks of security officers, Zecurion DLP 11 includes new tools:

Behavioral profiles of employees and aggregated profiles of groups;
Users’ and groups’ profiles comparison;
Events feed and incident preview mode.
