Zecurion’s AI-Powered Security Revolution: Next-Generation Data Protection Begins with DLP 13 + AI

Zecurion, a vendor of the Next Generation DLP, is introducing its most comprehensive and advanced Data Loss Prevention platform, Zecurion Next Generation DLP 13 + AI, to the technology world. This release represents a significant technological leap, offering a more intelligent, integrated, and proactive approach to information security — designed to help organizations around the world strengthen their defense against data breaches, insider threats, and regulatory non-compliance.

In an era defined by insider threats, regulatory demands, and the complexities of remote work, Zecurion DLP 13 empowers organizations with advanced control, automation, and intelligence to detect, prevent, and respond to data risks in real time. With a host of powerful new features and major upgrades across its core modules, the latest version integrates cutting-edge AI and machine learning to deliver smarter behavioral analytics, real-time incident detection, and automated responses. These innovations reflect Zecurion’s ongoing commitment to intelligent cybersecurity — offering not only robust data loss prevention, but also deep insight into human behavior and organizational risk.

We are proud to launch version 13 of our Next Generation DLP, which not only refines our core capabilities but also introduces innovative features that address current and future data security challenges. This version empowers organizations to protect their sensitive information in an increasingly complex digital environment.

stated Alexey Raevsky, CEO at Zecurion.

Zecurion Next Generation DLP is built on five core components that work together to deliver comprehensive data protection: Traffic Control monitors data flow across over 100 services to prevent unauthorized transfers; Device Control enforces access restrictions while allowing legitimate usage for precise data security; Discovery scans local drives, shared folders, and databases to uncover and address improperly stored sensitive information; Staff Control tracks employee activity and productivity, offering detailed insights through advanced user reports; and User Behavior Analytics leverages behavioral indicators and emotional profiling to proactively identify potential insider threats.

Zecurion DLP 13 introduces a suite of advanced capabilities designed to elevate organizational data security to new heights. Among the standout features is Password Cracking for Encrypted Archives, which empowers security teams to automatically decrypt protected files using a customizable internal dictionary. This functionality provides deeper visibility into potentially concealed data, significantly reducing risks associated with encrypted content.

The release also brings enhanced Online/Offline Policy Enforcement, enabling endpoint agents to dynamically detect domain network status and apply context-sensitive security protocols. These adaptive policies can trigger predefined actions—such as executing scripts, launching applications, or initiating specific tasks within the Incident Response Plan (IRP) module—while enforcing access restrictions at the Access Control List (ACL) level, thus strengthening control over file-level data usage.

Another critical addition is Application, Software, and Hardware Control, a powerful mechanism that allows administrators to regulate application usage by creating custom whitelists and blacklists. This capability is instrumental in mitigating threats from unauthorized or potentially harmful applications like TOR, torrent clients, or anonymizers. The system also detects changes in installed software and hardware configurations, providing comprehensive oversight of endpoint environments.

Microphone and Webcam Recording further enhances visibility by transforming endpoint devices into intelligent surveillance tools. Real-time audio and video recordings can be triggered by policy-based actions such as application switches, while automated screenshots and webcam captures enable thorough monitoring of user interactions with sensitive data.

Zecurion DLP 13 also introduces Endpoint Agent Suspension Mode, a controlled mechanism allowing temporary pausing of the DLP agent, subject to security officer approval—balancing flexibility with rigorous enforcement. Additionally, the platform now includes QR Code Content Analysis, a key feature for identifying and evaluating embedded QR codes within documents, ensuring that covert data channels are detected and appropriately addressed. Complementing these features are improved capabilities for detecting Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) connections and enhanced data classification tools, including SHA-256 binary file fingerprinting and blank form recognition. Together, these innovations position Zecurion DLP 13 as a cutting-edge solution for proactive, intelligent data protection in complex digital ecosystems.
